Made-to-order garments are produced in chronological order on a first-come-first-served basis.

Once payment is received, please allow 2-4 weeks for production.

Delivery time is dependent on the customer’s location:

One-off pieces, e.g sample sale, will be dispatched the next day.

Once your order has been dispatched, an email containing your tracking information will be provided to you.

What are the shipping costs?

All garments are made to order; therefore, a refund cannot be issued.

However, if there is a defect or damage to the product, please email saniaparvez@hotmail.com, and a repair or exchange can be made.
